Frauke Eggers was admitted to the German bar in 1971. She started working at Preu Bohlig & Partner in Düsseldorf in 1998. Her focus is on contractual matters, in particular in the field of plant engineering, both domestically and abroad, for national and international clients, in both German and English. She is looking back on many years of practical experience as a company lawyer in engineering companies (water treatment, coking plants, chemical plants), including 15 years as Head of the Legal Department. Her experience includes the preparation and negotiation of draft contracts, as well as assistance in contract implementation and advice on detailed questions. This includes adjacent areas such as licenses for know-how, patents, and other intellectual property rights, cooperation with third parties, and also the legal aspects of research and development and project financing.

Frauke Eggers is a member of the Deutsch-Britische Juristenvereinigung e.V. (German-British Jurists’ Association).
