Henrike Landgraf advices national and international clients in all areas of intellectual property rights. She was admitted as a lawyer in 2017.

During her law studies at the Martin-Luther-University Halle-Wittenberg she gained experience in patent law, especially in world trade law, due to her successful participation in an international moot court project. Henrike Landgraf deepened her knowledge with obtaining a master’s degree in Business Law (LL.M.oec.). In this interdisciplinary course of studies, she focused on the interaction of intellectual property rights with economics.

After finishing her studies and during the legal traineeship Henrike Landgraf worked in several international law firms in Brussels and Frankfurt am Main. Among other things, she dealt with patent law issues in mergers and acquisitions. Moreover, she worked in the field of antitrust law.

Henrike Landgraf is a member of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (GRUR).
