Martin Koszycki is specialzed in all areas of intellectual property law, with focus on patent and utility model law. He advises on national patent infringement and patent validity proceedings as well as on cross-border proceedings.

After his studies in Düsseldorf, he completed his traineeship, including stations at international law firms in Düsseldorf and Singapore. After being admitted to the bar in 2017, he initially worked in an international law firm. He represented international companies and groups in patent disputes across different industrial sectors.

He is also a member of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (Deutsche Vereinigung für gewerblichen Rechtsschutz und Urheberrecht e.V.). (GRUR).
