Chambers Global Guide Ranking 2023: Kather Augenstein awarded in the field of Intellectual Property – Patent Litigation in Germany

Chambers Global has published its 2023 ranking and has again confirmed Kather Augenstein as Band 3 law firm in Germany in the field of Intellectual Property – Patent Litigation. According to clients feedback Kather Augenstein is “very technical and responsive”, “our relationship has become stronger because Kather Augenstein has very in-depth skills and viewpoints in patent litigation”.

Senior Partner Peter Kather is recognised in the Global Guide for almost 18 years. This year he is one of four colleagues in his profession who, due to his many years of expertise and his outstanding reputation, has been honored in a new established category of “Senior Statespeople”.

Furthermore, Christof Augenstein is promoted to Band 3 due to his excellent consulting activities in the market. He litigates clients in complex and often international patent proceedings.
