Free places at the UNION-IP Practice Discussion on March 29, 2019

On Friday, 29 March, the next UNION-IP Praxisgespräch will take place at the Bavarian State Ministry of Justice in Munich. This time the topic will be the auxillary claims in case of infringement of industrial property rights.

Although the auxillary claims in case of infringement of industrial property rights are highly relevant, they are often underestimated in industrial property rights proceedings. Our Managing Partner Miriam Kiefer, LL.M. will provide an introduction to the subject, because from the point of view of the owner of the intellectual property right, these claims can be just as important or – from the point of view of the infringer – just as dangerous as the injunctive relief, focusing on claims relating to information and accounting, recall, removal from the distribution channels, destruction and publication of judgements.

Also this year, this very interesting topic will be discussed in the context of the UNION-IP practice discussion from a judicial, legal and patent attorney point of view with judges from Hamburg and Munich as well as from the point of view of industry representatives concerned.

You can reserve your place here.
