Free places at the VPP Seminar “The Infringement Trial” on 19-21.09.2019

Our partners Dr. Peter Kather and Dr. Christof Augenstein are pleased to explain once again the details of the patent infringement trial this year. The VPP seminar “The infringement trial” will take place from 19-21 September 2019 at the Maritim Hotel in Ulm.

Dr. Kather and Dr. Augenstein will discuss the enforcement of technical intellectual property rights in practice. On the basis of a current case, they impart detailed knowledge about an infringement process from the knowledge of an infringing act, through the warning letter, to the court proceedings including enforcement of a judgement. The seminar also deals with the annex claims, e.g. information, recall, destruction, which are often underestimated.

Our speakers would be pleased to welcome you to this seminar.

Further details about the event can be found here.
