\t\t\t\t\tPreparing the Unitary Patent System:<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tDr Christof Augenstein presents follow-up of an online seminar series at the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO)<\/h1>\n\t\t\n\t\t

Last Tuesday, the third online seminar of a virtual event series took place<\/strong> on the invitation of the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO).<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

The total of three consecutive lectures focused on the procedural aspects of the proceedings before the Unified Patent Court and are primarily directed at Japanese companies to define their future application and litigation strategies in Europe.<\/span><\/p>\n

According to<\/span> the kick-off seminar by Miriam Kiefer LL.M.<\/a><\/span>in August (we reported in detail <\/span><\/span>in our blog<\/span><\/span><\/a>)<\/span>,<\/span> in which <\/span>the <\/span>participants received an overview of the UPC <\/span>received<\/span>, <\/span>the <\/span>Seminarr<\/span>series under the leadership of Dr. Christof Augenstein<\/a> in September.<\/span> continued and now in <\/span>October <\/span>on the basis of a<\/span> 3.<\/span> Module<\/span>s <\/span>completed. A total of approx. 400 interested parties took part in the events.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

All online presentations were held in English and recorded on video, and simultaneous translation into Japanese was also available to participants. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n
