I joined <strong>Kather Augenstein as a lawyer<\/strong> after my admission to the bar in 2026.<\/p>\n<p>I have been advising national and international clients from various industries of intellectual property law.<\/p>\n<p>After completing my First State Examination in Law, I worked as a research associate at a D\u00fcsseldorf law firm specialising in intellectual property, with a particular focus on trademark and patent law.<\/p>\n<p>During my legal traineeship and following my Second State Examination, I gained valuable practical experience at international law firms, further developing my expertise, particularly at the intersection of IP, data and technology.
