I am a German-qualified attorney with a particular focus on the enforcement and defense of patent rights in national and international proceedings. A key aspect of my practice is representing companies before the Unified Patent Court (UPC) in patent disputes.<\/p>\n<p>I advise and represent clients from a wide range of industries in complex infringement and revocation proceedings. One of my areas of expertise lies in the field of medical technology. In addition, I advise companies from all technology sectors on all matters of patent law.<\/p>\n<p>Since my admission to the bar in 2021, I have been part of the highly specialized team at Kather Augenstein. I am an active member of several professional associations in the field of intellectual property law.
