My name is Benjamin Pesch. I have been a lawyer since 2016 and have been working for Kather Augenstein since 2019, currently as counsel<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

My practice focuses on patent law and utility model law, with an emphasis on infringement proceedings. I advise clients from a wide range of industries, from start-ups to international corporations, and help them enforce their intellectual property rights against infringers when an out-of-court solution is not an option. I represent clients both before national courts and before the Unified Patent Court.<\/p>\n

Another focus of my work is advising and representing clients in actions for entitlement when an invention has been unlawfully patented by another party.<\/p>\n

Besides my practice, I regularly publish in professional journals on current issues in patent law. I am member of the German Association for Industrial Property and Copyright (GRUR), the Association of Intellectual Property Professionals (VPP), and the Licensing Executives Society (LES).<\/p>\n

Since 2021, I have been listed by Managing IP as a \u201cRising Star\u201d<\/a> in the field of patent law. Since 2024, Handelsblatt \/ Best Lawyers has also recommended me as \u201cOnes to Watch”.<\/a> IAM Patent 1000 describes me as a \u201cNext Generation Individual\u201d<\/a> in its 2025 edition.<\/p>\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\t
