Vita

My name is Svenja Ullmann. Since my admission to the bar in 2025, I have been working as an Associate at Kather Augenstein, advising and representing national and international clients from various industries of intellectual property law.

I have already dealt extensively with patent law during my legal studies and my work as a research assistant at a leading international law firm. My passion for science and my strong technical understanding enable me to deal with complex legal issues in a precise and solution-oriented manner.

Through my international work experience—including my studies in Lisbon, my legal clerkship at the German Consulate in Barcelona and at the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ) in Manila, and my work as an expert for international development projects—I have developed a broad intercultural perspective that enriches my legal practice.

The special strength of Kather Augenstein’s team is that it consists of one piece and is extremely variable. Partners and associates can be added to a core team at any time in order to absorb work peaks and to conduct complex processes precisely and with the necessary depth.
