Our Focus:
Your Case.

We proctect your intellectual property rights.

Kather Augenstein The law firm for IP.

We bring all our experience to your case. Especially when it comes to industrial property rights, no one can fool us, as contentious proceedings concerning patents, trademarks, designs or unfair competition are our speciality.

We are consultants and not clairvoyants; because in every case something surprising can happen. Sometimes the opponent makes a mistake that you can make fruitful for yourself. And sometimes you only win at the Supreme Courts. That’s why we work together with our clients in a partnership of trust and on an eye-to-eye level in order to do what is necessary in each individual case and to be as well prepared as possible. You can’t do more. But it should not be less.

Highest quality, passion and creativity – that is our commitment to your case.

We are one team, we stand firmly and united … for your company.

Our robes are not mere decoration – we regularly act in court.

Your Team We protect what’s most important for you.

The focus of our law firm is on litigation in the field of intellectual property rights, with a special emphasis on patent law. If a competitor infringes one of your IP rights or if you are accused of infringing an IP right, we are there for you to develop the best solutions together with you.

Seminars and Lectures

We regularly organise online seminars or lectures in our office on current topics. The lawyers of our firm also frequently appear as speakers at conferences or seminars. They always offer you an in-depth insight into the subject matter and are available for a discussion.
