Vita

My name is Robert Knaps. Since my admission to the bar in 2022, I have been advising and representing national and international clients from various industries in all areas of intellectual property law.

As part of my studies at the University of Osnabrück, I majored in “German and European Law of Competition and Intellectual Property”, writing my student research project in patent law.

Kather Augenstein provides excellent advice with focus on the client’s specific needs and on possible future legal action.
