My name is Sophie Prudent. I joined Kather Augenstein as a lawyer after my admission to the bar in September 2021. I advise national and international clients in all areas of intellectual property law.
Already during my studies at the University of Cologne I gained experience in the field of intellectual property and competition law. During my legal clerkship, I worked, among other things, in a large commercial law firm in various areas of commercial law.

Since October 2020, I have been pursuing a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree at the Center for Intellectual Property Law of Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf, Germany, in order to further deepen my knowledge in this field and to further expand my specialization.
